Once you have submitted a request, there is a 2-week delay before it can be processed (and paid out); this is to protect our membership from fraudulent and/or abusive transactions.
In order to ensure you meet the cut-off, you will need to submit your transfer request by 23:59 on a Tuesday, otherwise, it will be included in the next batch of transfer requests, resulting in a 3-week delay. The table below shows the delay time and expected day of receipt for the available transfer methods; assuming you have submitted your request by midnight on a Tuesday.

Please note that the dates/times listed above are not bank holiday aware, so if the dates fall on a bank holiday you should add an extra working day to the expected time. Further clarification can be found on the Current Status page when applicable.
If you make your requests weekly, you will start to receive your funds weekly. Remember, there will be a 2-week delay for the funds from the initial transfer request to arrive.
You can view any pending or historical transfer requests via your Credit Transfer Requests page, along with the relevant request and processed dates displayed.
If you wish to close your account, you will need to wait until you have accrued the minimum balance before attempting to withdraw your funds.
