Member Verification Guide

Below is a guide showing every step of the Member Verification:

 

 

  1. Go to this page
  2. Select option 4 "Supply ID and become a Verified Member"
  3. Click "Go"
  4. Tick the checkbox
  5. Select your nationality
  6. Click on "Next"
  7. Click on Start Process
  8. Click on Get started
  9. Choose the device you wish to complete the verification from
  10. You now need to choose the document you will use to complete the verification
  11. You will now need to click on Take photo
  12. Present your chosen document to the camera as shown and click on the shutter button (you may need to do the same for the back of your document)
  13. Click Continue
  14. Click on the two checkboxes and click Continue once you've ready and acknowledged all the information
  15. Click on Continue to proceed to the next step where you will need to scan your face
  16. Place your face into the frame and wait for Yoti to scan your face
  17. if the ID document you provided was issued in a different country than your profile's registered country, we require you to confirm your location by providing additional photos

Once completed, please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.

Important:

  • This verification process applies to both independent members and group members.
  • Group members must verify themselves through their own accounts, not through the group’s page.

Having Issues Uploading Documents

If you are unable to upload your verification documents through the system:

  • Try a different browser or device. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari are recommended.
