The number you see next to someone's nickname on this page, not their rating which is in brackets, could represent the number of different logins/profile this person has on the site.
Aliases accrue when two or more people access the site within the same browser session. Its purpose is to allow those offering services to see if persons seeking have more than one profile and whether one or more of them may have received negative feedback.
If you click on the number (to see the aliases), and the window closes it means that there is someone offering services in the alias list and/or the list is being calculated, (in which case it may display results later on).
It is not possible for us to remove the aliases, although they should drop out of the system within 3 months (assuming you don't share browsers with other AdultWork.com members in the meantime).
The other option is to re-register if you wish to do so.
