Firstly, check that your profile is appearing on the site as if it is not, your mobile number will not be displayed.
If your profile is active and appearing to visitors, check that the box is ticked on your Edit Profile Page where it says 'Show Mobile Number'.
If this box is ticked and your number is still not appearing, follow this procedure:
1. Go to your Edit Profile Page
2. Untick 'Show mobile Number'
3. Save Profile
4. Go back into your Edit Profile Page
5. Tick 'Show Mobile Number'
6. Save Profile
Wait a few minutes, then view your profile again. If your number is still not being displayed and you have been charged at midnight for this please contact us to assist you.
When entering a mobile phone number it should start with the code for your country and any national access number, (e.g. 0 in the UK), should be dropped.
