It is likely that the client has not enabled audio for the session. Due to restrictions beyond our control, we cannot automatically send audio when a client first joins the session so they will need to unmute you (with the press of a button in the player).
If you are still being told by clients that they cannot hear you, double-check your DirectCam Settings. You are able to send audio in Free, Group, and Private modes or any combination of the 3 by ticking the relevant boxes in your settings.
Lastly, there is an audio override function in the broadcaster allowing you to mute/unmute yourself in session, regardless of your DirectCam settings. As long as you see the green microphone, you will be sending audio.
