Processing of payments normally completes on a Tuesday (2 weeks after the request has been made); there may be exceptions subject to Bank or Public Holidays and these when they apply, will be posted on the site's Current Status page.
If you have not received email confirmation that your transfer was paid, and if your transfer is still pending payment the day after it was due to be paid, please check your registered email address for any emails we may have sent you relating to a possible problem. If there are no such emails, contact us using this form.
