How do I re-enter/claim a refund on a DirectCam Special Offer session that has a duration remaining?

Re-enter

1. On this page simply click the 'Re-enter' button.
2. On the member's profile page click the Special Offers link and then click the Re-enter button.

You can re-enter any DirectCam session (with a duration remaining) within 15 minutes of originally entering it.

Refund

If you are unable to re-enter or were unable to enter at all, (and the session happened within the last month), you can click the 'refund' button on this page.

If you are unable to re-enter or refund the session yourself, please complete this form and we will assist.
