AdultWork.com is a club, run by its members. As the User Agreement clearly states, all members are expected to operate in an honest and open fashion.
Some members feel that they are above these requirements or that for some reason they do not apply to them. Members can only become members by consenting to this Agreement, so no one is above the site's Policies and Agreements or not subject to them.
Members who see a message about being "banned" or having a "banned cam", when logging into JustCamIt, have been found to be behaving in a way that does not follow this honest and open philosophy.
Common reasons for being banned include:
- sending pre-recorded instead of live video
- having more than one profile/login showing the same video feed
- sending no video at all
- showing a still image in a paid-for mode
There are other reasons too, members can be quite clever in finding ways to deceive the Site and its membership.
There is no shortage of DirectCam hosts on the Site. If anything, there are more hosts than clients. DirectCam hosts who deliberately choose to deceive the membership are simply not required on AdultWork.com.
The webmaster reserves the right to refuse membership to any member found to be in breach of the User Agreement. Those who deliberately take actions to deceive the Site and/or its membership will rarely have their accounts re-opened.
Any existing credit balances for those accounts will be forfeited in line with our User Agreement as we will not incentivize those who have deceived the Site and /or its Membership from doing so again.
AdultWork.com is a club, run by its members, for the mutual benefit of its members. Those who choose to deceive or defraud will be refused membership. Our members don't need them or want them.
