- Go to your Profile Details page.
- Under Location Details, click on 'Edit Location'.
- You will then be taken to the page where you can update your location details.
Charges & Conditions
- You can save your location details once for free.
- If you have already used your free change in the past, any further updates will incur a charge of £5.99 per update, payable only by credit or debit card.
- The charge remains £5.99, whether you update one field or multiple fields.
Adding Towns & Rail Stations
- You can add up to 5 Towns and 3 Rail Stations.
- The £5.99 fee includes only 1 Town.
- Each additional Town or Rail Station added will incur a charge of £2.00 each.
- Members with an active VIP subscription get discounted location changes for only 0.99 GBP. VIP members can also add extra Towns and Rail/Tube Stations for free.
Important - For members outside the United Kingdom, VAT may also be applied.
