We have to ensure that the details sent in are within the Legal and Regulatory Compliance we have to adhere to.
In order to comply when completing the identity verification process, we kindly ask you to provide the following documents together for your application to proceed.
1. Proof of Identity (Identity Document)
Acceptable forms of ID include:
- Passport
- Driving License
- Government-issued ID Card
Requirements:
- The document must be current and in date.
- The full ID must be clearly visible, including all four corners of the document.
- For passports, both pages must be shown.
- The image must be in full colour (no black-and-white or altered copies).
- Screenshots are not accepted.
2. Proof of Address
You must submit one of the following, which must be in English, be very clear to read and dated within the last three months:
- A utility bill (gas, water, electric, broadband, etc.)
- A government-issued letter
- A bank statement or document showing the account holder’s name and address
Please Note:
- The name and address must match the individual shown in the identity document.
- Screenshots are not accepted — please submit full-page, legible copies as a PDF.
3. Verification Photo
This is a photo of the person from the ID holding a handwritten or printed sign.
Requirements:
- The person must be clearly visible, holding the sign in full view of both hands, not just fingertips.
- The image must be of high clarity, in full colour, and not digitally altered.

No other people, pets, or inappropriate items should appear in the photo.
Specifically, the image must not include:- Children or children’s photos/toys/prams
- Animals
- Weapons
- Smoking or drinking paraphernalia

Please ensure all three images are submitted together for the verification process to continue smoothly. If any part of the documentation is missing, unclear, or non-compliant, it will be rejected, and we will request resubmission.
