Emails sent by us or automatically from the site come from a varying number of email addresses.
The majority of them, include booking notifications and replies that we send from our Help System. For some reason, Yahoo, Hotmail, and some others treat mail from this address as junk and will put it into your junk or bulk mail folders.
To get around this problem you should add the above address to your address book included with your email account.
We use this address for two reasons:
- If the mail is refused by your ISP it will be returned to us and automatically un-verify your email address and remove you from the site until such time as you re-verify.
- We do not have the resource to deal with members' messages submitted by email. Replying to an email sent from the above address will not reach us. All correspondence to us should be initiated via the relevant forms on the Help Page where it can be dealt with accordingly.
If you are using a spam filter or sender authentication program such as SpamArrest, you will also need to manually allow our address. We do not receive replies sent to the majority of our email addresses and will not perform any authentication tests.
Lastly, if you have no email in your junk/bulk mail folders from us and you have been expecting a reply to a help enquiry you have left, then the chances are your issue is covered in the Site's Help Centre articles, which is what you're reading now.
