Once you have found a member that you wish to chat with, you can request a Phone Chat booking by clicking the corresponding link in the 'Contact me' section of their profile or by clicking the 'Phone Chat' link at the top of the profile.
Upon completing the booking request form and submitting it to the provider, the following will happen:

An SMS and email will be sent to the provider.

They will accept or reject the booking.
If they accept you are then required to confirm the booking before it takes place. This can be done via your Phone Chat Bookings page.
Once confirmed, if you were asked to supply a phone number the provider will call you at the time the session is due to take place, otherwise, you will need to call the provider using the details listed on the booking itself.
