Due to the nature of the products sold, we will not accept or open any parcels returned to us which do not have a Returns Authorisation Number, where you have described the nature and reason of the return. You can initiate a request for a return by visiting this page. The RAN allows you to return the item but is not a guarantee that we will accept the return. Please see the conditions below:
- Any faulty product may be returned to us within 2 days of receipt for replacement or a credit.
- We cannot accept any returns that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered. For hygiene purposes, we regret we cannot accept any returns on wigs or panties. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch such as bodies or panties, cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. If the goods are returned unopened we can accept them.
- We cannot accept any returns on intimate adult toys which are not shrinkwrapped in their original packaging.
- For an exchange or a refund, returns should be received by us or requested by you within 21 calendar days from the date your order was shipped and include the original packaging, and be in the same condition as received.
- We do not refund original shipping costs or your return shipping costs.
