- Mind, the mental health charity - Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. The charity campaigns to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. Mind won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
- FLASH HIV Tests for Sex Workers - SWOP at Brighton Oasis Project offers FREE, Fast, Easy, Convenient, Confidential HIV Self-tests in the comfort of your home. Results in 15 minutes. Offer to sex workers identifying as women.
- Lothian Sexual Health, provided by NHS Lothian.

- Time to Test, Free, rapid HIV testing & condoms in Berkshire.
- POW Nottingham, A specialist project for 18-25 year olds and students involved in the adult entertainment industry. Based at POW Nottingham
- Tulip Clinic - Specialist service in Southampton for anyone working in the sex industry. Based at the Royal South Hants Hospital, offering: free sexual health checks, contraception, hepatitis B vaccination and supplies. Wednesdays 12:30-2:30. 07771783378.
- Yorkshire MESMAC - Free rapid HIV testing available and open to all in Leeds, Bradford, Hull, Wakefield, York and North Yorkshire. Free condom & lube available to Gay, Bisexual or Men who have Sex with Men.
- Basis Yorkshire - Basis Sex Work Project (formerly Genesis Leeds) has been established for over 25 years offering non judgmental health & other support to women in all sectors of the sex industry in Leeds.
- Beyond Support is a free and confidential call-back service that supports women in the sex industry across the UK. We offer specialist, non-judgemental support to women who are looking for a 'safe space' to talk. Email support@beyondthestreets.org.uk or leave a voicemail 0800 1337870 to arrange a callback, Mon-Fri 10am-4pm (not 24/7 helpline).
- Doorway - Doorway project, Norfolk-based, offers advice around health and safety and a confidential, non-judgemental free listening and live chat service. 0808 800 1030.
- LGBT Foundation - formerly known as The Lesbian & Gay Foundation (The LGF), is a national charity delivering a wide range of services to lesbian, gay and bisexual and trans (LGBT) communities.
- SWARM - Community building, public education and advocacy for sex workers' rights.
- English Collective of Prostitutes - a self-help organisation of sex workers, working both on the street and in premises, with a national network throughout the UK. We campaign for the decriminalisation of prostitution, for sex workers’ rights and safety, and for resources to enable people to get out of prostitution if they want to.
- Drugline Lanacashire - Free and confidential support to all sex workers in the Lancashire area.
- Jericho Road Project - Works with women working in the adult industry across Nottingham. We are aware this could be an isolating area of work so offer a confidential chaplaincy service, support accessing other services where appropriate, as well as Ugly Mug information.
- Open Doors - A free and confidential advice service in East London for people working in the sex industry. Telephone 07748 933 847. Open Doors is part of Homerton University Hospital.
- Locala Sexual Health Outreach Team - Free condoms, Sexual Health Advice and screening, Discreet weekly clinics. Offered to female sex workers living or working in the Kirklees area. Please contact: 03330436219 Or: lcp.SHOPT@nhs.net.
- The Esther Project - A non-judgemental and confidential outreach support service for women in the sex industry who live or work on the West Sussex coast. We offer: safety & sexual health advice and information; free condoms, lube, chlamydia and pregnancy tests; signposting and support to access other specialist services and a safe space to talk.
- Street Light UK - Works with women working in the adult industry across Surrey, Sussex and London. They provide free and confidential emotional and practical, as well as exit support when requested, for women working in the sex industry. Street Light UK provide free self-care kits that include pregnancy tests, panic alarms, condoms, lube, sanitary supplies, and safety information.
- Adult Industry Services - A free directory that lists psychotherapists that are non-judgmental towards sex work. For many, this can be difficult to find, as a lot of therapists can be very shaming towards this profession.
- Beloved - A discreet support service for women working in indoor prostitution in and around Bristol. We meet for lunch, time to relax and get support as well as monthly visits to the parlours. Please contact 07943 307579 or hello@beloved.org.uk.
- Umbrella Lane - A support charity in Scotland, registered with OSCR and is peer-led for the health and well-being of sex workers. hello@umbrellalane.org
- SWOP Sussex (Oasis Project) - offers a confidential, non-judgemental and trans-inclusive service for women living or working across East Sussex including Brighton & Hove. Free condoms; sexual health and safety advice and info; chlamydia and gonorrhoea self-tests; 1:1 support including outreach to indoor workers and a weekly helpline.
- Umbrella Health (SAFE Project) - The SAFE project is a sexual health service for people who work, have worked or may start working in the commercial sex industry across Birmingham and Solihull.
- Arch North East - ARCHway Project - Arch North East is Sexual Violence Service based in Middlesbrough. We provide free support to people across Teesside who have been affected by sexual violence. We provide an advisory service and a counselling service. Our Archway service is available to sex workers living/working in Teesside.
- The New Futures Project - Project based in Leicester City. Developing/facilitating peer to peer support groups for online workers in the local area. Please contact for information.
- Red Umbrella Project - Works with anyone in the sex/adult industry across Merseyside. We help sex workers to report crimes committed against them and bring perpetrators to justice.
- Revenge Porn Helpline - Support for anyone who has had their intimate images shared without their consent, or who are being threatened with this.
- Axess Sexual Health Clinic - Free sex worker-friendly clinic in Liverpool.
- City Life Church Southampton - A chaplaincy service for women involved in the sex industry in the Southampton area who offer free wellbeing gift boxes and emotional support.
- The SWAN project, Swansea Women's Aid - Empowerment, safety and support for women experiencing domestic abuse.
- Pineapple Support - A free support and therapy service for all persons working in the online adult industry – no matter their gender, ethnic origin, social status, age or sexual preference.
- The Red Project - The Red Project offers practical advice, specialist information & emotional support for female sex workers affected by sexual violence.
- Stop It Now! - Stop It Now! is a useful website for anyone with concerns about child sexual abuse.
- Get It On - Sexual Health and Relationship Advice for St Helens - offering free condoms and testing by post. Also providing help, support, vaccines and contraception.
- Changing Lives - Providing safe and confidential support for men and women involved in the sex industry in the North East, North West, Yorkshire, and the Midlands. Their aim is to minimise risk and provide emotional and practical support, as well as explore routes out of sex work/industry if desired.
- Manchester Action on Street Health (MASH) - MASH is a charity for sex workers based in Manchester City Centre. They offer drop-in sessions, outreach to street and parlours and online support to sex workers that advertise online. They are able to provide sexual health testing and advice and support regarding mental health, housing, legal, safety and more.
- CLASH/SHOC - A clinic and outreach sexual health service for street and indoor based sex workers covering Haringey, Camden, and Islington London. Services include sexual health check-ups, STI testing and treatment and short-term, long-term, repeat and emergency contraception.
- Saffires - A confidential chaplaincy service supporting women in prostitution in Leicester. They offer a safe place to talk, Ugly Mug alerts/reporting and bespoke practical support based on individual expressed needs. Saffire's provide confidential care, friendship, practical help, signposting to appropriate services and opportunities to make positive life changes.
- Yorkshire Mesmac - offer testing, equipment and support to anyone working in the sex industry. Check their website for your local area and contact the designated worker direct.
- The Men's Room - works with male and trans sex workers from across the UK based in Manchester.
- Lincolnshire Sexual Health - Providing sexual health services to the people of Lincolnshire as part of the Lincolnshire Sexual Health Services NHS Trust

- Nort East Sex Work Forum - A collective of frontline agencies and academics in the North East. A website designed to connect the sex work community with relevant services, agencies and safety tips
- Charis Tiwala - A Christian charity offering support and assistance for anyone in or affected by the sex industry, sexual exploitation and human trafficking within Hertfordshire
- Safer Wales - A charity working in Wales with a variety of service users across several projects. These include sex workers through the StreetLife project and women entering or at risk of entering the criminal justice system through the Women's Pathfinder Whole System approach. All support is non-judgemental and on a voluntary basis
- NHS Solent - PrEP confidential advice from NHS Solent – find out where you can get PrEP for free in Hampshire and whether it may be right for you. Prep is a pill that if taken before and after sex protects you from HIV.
