Clients can make booking requests regardless of your stated availability as long as they are over 4 hours in length or marked as an ‘overnight’ booking. There are multiple reasons for this, including:
- Well-paying clients that were placing booking requests outside of working hours were being automatically refused. Of course, providers did not appreciate this.
- Many members keep their own diary so do not use the on-site facility, although they may have previously with days/times that are no longer accurate.
- Plans change; members that would normally be unavailable, can have those times freed up and may want to make use of that time, especially for a well-paying booking.
