In order to protect Service Providers and Service Seekers, we have a 24-hour delay between the time a Phone Chat booking is confirmed and the time the credits are credited to the Service Providers account.
Once the booking is confirmed the Service Provider must conduct the booking or they will not receive the credits.
The main benefit of this for Service Providers is that persons they conduct bookings with will be strongly encouraged to leave feedback. This will help to perpetuate your online business.
