Unfortunately, we are unable to allow members to withdraw most credits immediately, as this is open to abuse.
Accordingly, there is a delay between receiving credits for certain items/sessions and being able to withdraw them.
- Movies: Immediately
- Profile Tips and Gifts Immediately
- Private Galleries: At the end of the subscription period
- Phone Chat: 24 hours after the end of the session
- Direct Cam 24 hours after the end of the session
- Direct Cam Tips 24 hours after the end of the session
The date that the credits you received can be transferred is displayed next to each amount on your Credits History Page.
That page also has links to where you can see any pre booked Phone Chat credits that will be credited to you once released from escrow (after the above time frames have elapsed).
Once you have accrued at least 30 Credits, you can request a transfer to a Cosmo Payment account or Gift Vouchers. Once you have accrued 150 credits, you can request a bank transfer if you have a UK ( sort code and account number required) or European bank account (with a BIC and IBAN number required).
If your bank account is eligible, then the required account numbers will be printed on your bank statement. Additionally, you can request a Crypto payout once you reach 150 credits.
These thresholds apply to independent members. The transfer thresholds for Group administrators are higher; If you are a Group Manager please see the Group Administration Pages for more information.
If you wish to close your account, you will need to wait until you have accrued the minimum balance before attempting to withdraw your funds.
