We do not contact members via MSN, Yahoo, Skype or any other online messaging program. We do not communicate with members using the AdultWork.com email system. We do not post on message boards or forums. We do not employ or recruit advertisers, managers, or agents. (We do have Business Advisors, a list of which can be found here.)
Any genuine text message that AdultWork.com sends would be delivered from our shortcode, we do not use a mobile number.
Convincing though they may appear, anyone contacting you by one of the above methods, often using an official-looking title such as admin or administrator, will be an imposter. Similarly, anyone can copy our logo and put up a false website or link our logo to their online activity - it does not make it bona fide.
If you encounter anyone posing as a representative of AdultWork.com then they are not. If in doubt, submit a message via the Help Centre and ask us to verify whether we have contacted you to discuss anything.
When you submit a message via the Help Centre, any response will come from an @AdultWork.com email address and will only be in response to your query.
Never give out your login details to anyone, regardless of who they say they are.
Via Help Centre communication, we may sometimes request certain letters of your password for identification purposes. If that is the case, the request will come from an @AdultWork.com email address and will only ever be in response to a query you have raised.
Please ensure that your AdultWork.com password is different from that which you use on any other site including your online email account if you have one (Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.).
DirectCam Exception - Occasionally to troubleshoot issues with DirectCam, your room may be entered by someone called "Support" or "Webmaster". Only these exact member names are valid and will only be encountered if you have reported an issue with DirectCam. If in doubt, tell them to email you from the Site with their intentions.
