Why do you add VAT to the sale price of services/content instead of the purchase price of credits?

There is a distinction to be made between the Place of Supply VAT rate and the Place of Consumption VAT rate, which applies to different areas of the site.

We cannot possibly account for VAT at the point of purchase, as we do not know what our Members are going to spend their credits on.
