As per EU requirements, we are now required to charge VAT based on the place of consumption rather than the place of supply.
This means that VAT is now being charged according to the place the user is accessing the service from.
For example, if you are accessing from the UK, a 20% VAT will be applied, whereas previously, it used to be 19% CY VAT, as it was the place of supply.
Please note that this was introduced on the 1st of April 2025.
