When did you complete the transfer request?
It is important to remember that the date you request a transfer is not necessarily the date it is processed.
This page will show you on what date you requested the transfer and on what date it will be processed.
All transfer requests are processed weekly once they are 2 weeks old. The date on which your request will be processed is shown on the form when you fill it out.
The cut off time for transfer requests is Tuesday. Transfers performed on Wednesday will fall into the following scheduled processing week for payment. The day transfers are usually processed is Tuesday each week. If you make your requests weekly, you will start to receive your funds weekly.
The time it takes to receive your funds once we have processed your transfer request for payment depends on the transfer method you choose.
The day transfers are usually marked as processed is scheduled for Tuesday each week. This is the day we receive confirmation from our payment processors that the funds were sent successfully to the account details you provided. Due to their processing commitments, we submit the payment files to them during the course of a Monday so it is possible that those who have used Cosmo Payment, "UK Bank" (uses the UK Fast Payment System network) transfer options may see their accounts credited late on a Monday (so please recheck your statement) and that our updating the transfer as processed is just a formality.
Funds being sent to EU bank accounts via SEPA will take 1-2 business days to arrive once processed.
Please note that our dates are not bank holiday aware, so if the Monday prior to the scheduled processing date falls on a bank holiday in the jurisdiction where our processors operate then they won't be working and you should add an extra working day to the expected time before you receive your funds.
