Content Upload Rules
When uploading photos, videos, galleries, or other content to AdultWork, you are responsible for ensuring that all content complies with our Terms of Service and applicable laws.
Failure to comply may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent account closure.
Please note that these rules are not exhaustive. Any content that breaches our Terms of Service, applicable laws, or the spirit of these rules may be removed without notice.
Only upload content you own
- Only upload content that you own or have the legal right to publish.
- Do not upload copyrighted material belonging to another person or organisation without permission.
- Do not impersonate another individual or misrepresent the ownership of content.
All participants must be verified
- Do not upload content featuring unverified individuals.
- You must retain proof of valid identity and consent for every person appearing in your content.
- All persons appearing in your content must be age verified, and you must be able to provide this documentation upon request.
No minors
Content must not contain, depict, reference, promote, or imply:
- Anyone under the age of 18.
- Any representation, roleplay, fantasy, dialogue, language, clothing, setting, behaviour, or scenario that depicts, portrays, implies, or suggests that a person is, or appears to be, under the age of 18.
No illegal or exploitative content
Do not upload content that includes or promotes:
- Non-consensual sexual activity.
- Exploitation, trafficking, or coercion.
- Incest.
- Bestiality.
- Any illegal sexual activity.
No violent or harmful content
Do not upload content showing or promoting:
- Violence or physical assault.
- Torture.
- Blood or serious injury.
- Asphyxiation or other dangerous practices.
- Extreme or unsafe acts.
No prohibited bodily fluid content
Content must not depict or promote:
- Faeces.
- Vomit.
- Menstrual fluids.
- Blood.
No illegal drugs
Do not upload content that promotes or depicts:
- Illegal drugs.
- Illegal drug use.
- Excessive alcohol consumption.
Respect privacy
Do not upload content that:
- Contains personal documents or confidential information.
- Displays personal contact details where prohibited.
- Violates another person's privacy or consent.
No misleading or fraudulent content
Do not:
- Upload misleading, manipulated, or deceptive content intended to misrepresent yourself or your services.
- Use content that falsely advertises services you do not provide.
No advertising or redirection
Uploaded content must not:
- Promote competitor websites.
- Promote third-party payment methods.
- Include watermarks, URLs, QR codes, logos, or messages directing members away from AdultWork.
Duplicate Content
- Do not upload the same or substantially similar content to both your Free Gallery and Private Gallery.
- Content available in your Private Gallery must not be duplicated in your Free Gallery.
- Your Free Gallery should provide a preview of your content and should not replicate content available for purchase.
- Duplicate or substantially similar content may be removed by AdultWork.
Follow the law
All uploaded content must comply with:
- AdultWork's Terms of Service.
- Applicable local laws and regulations.
AdultWork reserves the right to refuse, restrict, remove, or disable access to any content, or take action against any account where content breaches these rules, violates applicable law, or is otherwise considered inappropriate, unsafe, or unsuitable for the platform.
