Unfortunately, at the moment, it is not possible for a group manager to pay directly to list group members in local searches.
You will need to ensure Group Members have sufficient credit to be listed in the Local Searches. Group Managers can then perform the action 'Show on Local Escorts Search' from the Group Admin page. The charge will be deducted from each member so they will need credits in their account for this to work.
