To change the login access for the members in your group, go to your Group Home Page, and you will be able to see a list of your active group members. To the right of each member is an 'Options' drop-down box.
You are able to change the login access by selecting Registration Details and then ticking/un-ticking the box "Allow this person to login to the site"
If you are creating new Group Members, the above options will be presented during the process, but you can also update your selection from the page linked above.
If you receive any error messages about using the same email address, we are aware that Gmail addresses ignore any character to the right of a '+' symbol, so you can have:
- someone@gmail.com
- someone+1@gmail.com
- someone+2@gmail.com
- someone+3@gmail.com
- someone+4@gmail.com
Which would all deliver to someone@gmail.com
Note: If you tick both boxes (Allow this person to log in to the site AND Only allow this person to log in via JustCamIt), your members may not be able to log in and will see this message:
"You are a member of a group and the Group manager has specified that you may only log in via JustCamIt for DirectCam."
If you need to change this:
Tick: ''Allow this person to login to the site''
Untick: ''Only allow this person to login via JustCamIt''
If you wish to deactivate a Group, any members who do not have login access will be deactivated also. To keep all members active, please ensure they have login access before requesting deactivation of the Group.
