As a Group Manager, you can assist a member with their verification by following these steps:

On your Group Manager Account, go to Members
- Next to the member that you wish to perform the verification process, select Login As and click on the arrow to login.

Once logged in as the member, navigate to the Member Verification page.

Initiate Member Verification: On the Member Verification page, you will need to start the Member Verification process. This step must be completed by the member themselves.

Share the Verification Link or QR Code: When you are presented with the option to choose which device you want to continue on, click the "Use Smartphone" option. You will then get a QR Code that you can send to you your member to scan and proceed to do the Yoti member verification. Alternatively, you can scan the QR Code yourself and get the URL from your browser address bar and send that to your member.

Updating Documents or Retry: If the verification was not completed on the first attempt, or if the member needs to update their documents later, they can return to the verification process at any time to upload the necessary documents.
