Desktop Users
The remove me button can be found on this page.
- Click on My Details
- Click the + sign next to Registration and Regional Details.
- Click the Remove Me button.
Within one month of removing your account, you will be able to reactivate it via the Reactivate Me page, linked to on the login page.
Mobile Users
- From any of the main Home pages on the Web App click the 'Menu' button, shown in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
- Select the 'My Details' option.
- Click the 'Remove Me' button and confirm.
If you'd like to reactivate your account, you can within one month but will need to do so via the desktop site (see above).
