As part of our continued efforts to improve site performance and customer experience, for both Offering Services members and Seeking, we have implemented some automated features to remove old/unwanted/unused accounts.
The most common causes of removal are:
-
Your email account is no longer accepting emails.
When the site sends you an email and we have received a bounce-back from your ISP because they are not accepting emails sent to your email address your account is automatically suspended. You may re-activate it by re-verifying your email address using the links on the Login page. From there you may also change your registered email address in the event that you no longer have access to it.
-
You removed yourself
There is a button on the My Details page that says 'Remove Me'. If you click it, you are removed. If you click on the Reactivate Me link on the login page within 1 month of doing this your details will be restored. After that, we will be unable to recover your account.
-
We received SMS 'STOP' Keyword from your mobile number.
This STOP keyword received will automatically deactivate accounts to ensure that the person who is in possession of that number has subscribed to this service. If you have mistakenly sent this SMS to us, please contact us via the Help Centre so that we may reactivate your account.
-
You have not logged in for over 12 months
If you have not logged into your account for at least 12 months, your account would have been closed and an email sent to the registered email address. Within one month of receiving this email, you will be able to reactivate your account, otherwise, we will not be able to recover it.
If none of the above applies, your account will have likely been removed by one of the site's administrators. In order to maintain the site's integrity and safeguard the members within, we have had to adopt a near zero-tolerance policy for persons that are in breach of the Terms-of-Service Agreement.
When you register you acknowledge that you read and understood the Terms-of-Service Agreement. Any update to the Agreement is indicated by the date that appears at the bottom of every page. On each visit to the site, you should check that this date has not changed since you last viewed them.
Profiles are never removed for "no reason" nor as a result of unsubstantiated member complaints. It will always be down to some direct or indirect action you have taken or the same by whoever created/manages your profile and perhaps others to which it is linked.
-
Duplicate Profile
Members are allowed one active account of each member type, as described here. Should any member be found to have more profiles than listed in the article linked above, it will be removed.
-
DirectCam Terms Breach
DirectCam providers who abuse the DirectCam facility by not providing live, genuine interaction, devalue DirectCam to existing and prospective new members. Such activity causes a decline in the viewing membership which in turn devalues the earning potential of all members offering this service. Any members found to be abusing the DirectCam system will be subject to whatever action is deemed fit by us and will most likely result in deactivation and loss of credits accrued. Specifically, members are not permitted to post messages or banners (on their video feed) within the Freeview section of DirectCam and/or run pre-recorded shows, which are not permitted at any time. Other common DirectCam reasons for removal are:
- Showing pre-recorded video
- Pretending to be TV/TS when your not
- Showing or offering access to minors and/or animals
- Sending a blank image/banner or no video
- Defrauding members by offering to meet when clearly you are unable to or have no intention to
- Laundering funds via the tips facility
- Showing someone on cam who is not the person on the profile (swapping hosts around on the same profile)
- Performing an illegal act or inciting illegal activity
- Accepting or enticing members to pay outside the credits system
- Use VPNs, dongles, or IP geolocation tools to appear as being in a different country to that which you actually are.
Other Terms Breach:
- Putting a phone number, email address, or website URL in your profile, (or uploaded content), in a field that is not specifically for that information. In other words, there are specific fields for this information, if any are found in areas other than these specific fields your profile will most likely be removed.
- You will also recall that all members are expected to operate in a fair, open, and honest manner. If you have a Private Gallery and/or Movies but are not offering any other service then that is fine, tick the Erotic Content tick box on your Registration Details page. If you say that you are offering services such as Escort or Webcam when in fact you are not, then your profile will be restricted or removed. Tactics such as this, to increase the exposure of your Private Gallery and Movies, will not be tolerated.
- We don't believe your profile is genuine, or we don't believe the person in the profile pictures is the person that clients will ultimately meet. Unfortunately, the site is targeted by those wishing to gain income by posting fake profiles with pictures taken off other sites. AdultWork.com is also not exempt from "bait and switch" scenarios and our efforts to rid the site of profiles set up for this specific purpose continue. Similarly, profiles, where the pictures are so vague or generic as to not actually identify someone, may require further verification.
- Some profiles are deleted retrospectively, so active and appearing on the site but then removed for no apparent reason. This could be because a new registration has been made that is connected with your account which has either supplied a fake ID or identifies your profile as potentially suspect in some other way (e.g. part of a group/collective but not in a group).
- If it becomes apparent that your profile is part of a cooperative, agency or is being maintained as one of a group of profiles, then your "manager" is required to create a Group on the Site. Your profile may be removed until such time as they have done so.
Remember: AdultWork.com is a club. We are not required to offer you membership and reserve the right to refuse it. Of course, we don't want to reach this point with any member but if you cannot abide by the Site's Policies & Agreements that you agreed to, we have no other alternative.
