You can 'block' people from sending you emails and bookings from your Emails page.
On the right hand side of a email from the person you wish to block or on your email inbox, click on the 3 dots and you will see a drop down appear, when you click block sender another pop up will appear where you can then enter the reason you wish to block them etc:
People in your block list will still be able to email you but you will not receive any notifications. You can also choose if the emails from them are deleted or not.

If you wish to block members from placing booking requests, (Escort, Webcam & Phone Chat), you may do so from the 'Blocked Senders' tab of your Emails page.
You also have the option to unblock members here as well.
