It is likely that the client has not enabled audio for the session. Due to restrictions beyond our control, we cannot automatically send audio when a client first joins the session, so they will need to unmute you (with the press of a button in the player).
If you are still being told by clients that they cannot hear you, double-check your DirectCam Settings. You are able to send audio in Free, Group, and Private modes or any combination of the 3 by ticking the relevant boxes in your settings.
Ensure that you have provided your browser permissions to access your microphone. For instructions on how to do this, please see this article.
Lastly, there is an audio override function in the broadcaster allowing you to mute/unmute yourself in session, regardless of your DirectCam settings. As long as you see the green microphone, you will be sending audio.
