Members that wish to have a Phone Chat session with you will submit a booking request form. You then need to review the details (date/time/amount of credits) and either accept or reject the booking.
If you accept the booking, depending on how you have configured yourself for this service, the following will happen:
- The client will call you
Or - You will need to call the client
...at the time of the proposed session; the phone number will be displayed on the booking itself here at the time of the session. Remember, you should not carry out any session until it has been confirmed by the client.

Note: It is the service provider's responsibility to check that the session has been confirmed and that the date and amount of credits are correct before they accept the booking as we are unable to retrieve credits after the event.
Additionally, once the phone chat booking is confirmed, the member can view your movies for free 5 minutes before, through to 5 minutes after it's scheduled time.
