The Crypto Credit Transfer method allows you to request a credit transfer and receive your funds in USDT on Ethereum (ERC20) and Tron (TRC20) blockchain networks.
A minimum amount of 150 credits is required to be selected to submit the request.
The admin fee is dependent on the type of minimum processing time you select.

Due to the various costs associated with Crypto payments (network/gas fees, exchange fees, deposit fees, etc) an additional 10% transfer fee will be applied on your transfer amount. Please make sure you understand that there will be an additional transfer fee applied and that you accept this before submitting a request with this method.
The standard payout period terms are applied on Crypto Transfers as with other Transfer method. Your request will be processed within the week after 14 days have passed from your request.
Finally make sure that you have access to the public wallet address you provide for the transfer. Any typing mistakes in the wallet address you provide will result in loss of funds and due to the nature of Blockchains these funds will not be recoverable.
Instructions

Visit the Credits Transfer Request page and select Crypto.
- Visit the Crypto Payouts page.
- Select the credits you want to transfer.
- Click Next, and in the next screen, click Select Address.
- In the next screen, you either select an existing address you have entered previously or click on Add New Crypto Address enter your address details and then click Add Address.
- You will then receive an email to verify that you want the new address to be added. Open your email inbox and click on the provided link.
- Then select the wallet you want to use and click Use Address.
- You will then see the final amount that will be transferred and that you will be receiving after the Transfer Fee has been subtracted.
- Finally, click Submit Request to see the final confirmation and confirm your submission.
- Your request will now be submitted and will be processed within 7 days after 14 days have passed.
If you are a Group Manager, the process is the same, but instead of just seeing transactions of one member, you will be seeing a list of all the members belonging to your group and be able to select transactions to transfer from all of them.
