Due to compliance requirements set by our payment processing partners, we are obliged to collect your beneficiary information in a specific format and collect certain information from you.
What You Need to Do:
- Fill in the beneficiary details online.
- Ensure that all details you provide match exactly with those shown on your:
- Bank statement
or - Official bank letter
- Bank statement
- The submitted document must be on the Bank's Official Letter-Headed paper, be in English and clearly display the following:
- Account holder's name (this must be the person who is the profile owner)
- Account holder's address in full
- Account number (UK Banks) or IBAN number (non-UK Banks)
- Sort Code (UK Banks) or SWIFT/BIC code (non-UK Banks)
- The Date (must be within the last three months)
Why This Is Important:
To successfully process your beneficiary setup and future payments, your document must reflect the same details you input online. This ensures:
- Verification passes with our payment processors
- Funds are transferred correctly
- Compliance with anti-fraud and regulatory standards
If the submitted bank documentation does not match the entered details, your Beneficiary details will be rejected.
Please Note
You may have to contact your Bank to request a Bank Statement in PDF format, as requested above. If you explain to them why this is required, they will be able to arrange this for you in the majority of cases. We rarely find a Bank that does not help its Account Holders.
