SMS messages that come from the site are sent out immediately (i.e. as soon as the booking is made).
We cannot control or influence when they will be delivered, as that is down to your network provider, including any delays they may impose. Likewise, we are unable to control the availability of your handset and its ability to accept messages.
Possible reasons for the failure to receive these messages, either at all or in time, include:
- You have not passed the age verification requirements for your mobile network; check your status here.
- You have insufficient credits to receive a reverse-charged SMS message priced at £1.00
- You have insufficient space on your handset to accept any more messages.
- Your handset is out of range or switched off.
- Your network provider is experiencing delays in delivering messages.
