Cash Vouchers is a Credit Transfer method giving you vouchers of a given value that can be used to withdraw cash via a Paypoint Store. You can choose to redeem your credits for Cash Vouchers worth £20, £30, £50 or £100.
Please ensure that:
- Your registered email address is valid and working, as we will send the vouchers to your email address.
- The full name shown to you during the submission of the request is your actual full name.
- You have a photo ID in hand, clearly showing your full name, when you go to redeem your voucher at a Paypoint store.
You will be receiving your vouchers by the Transfer by Date of your Credit Transfer Request.
Note that e-vouchers cannot be reverted or cancelled once requested.
Additionally, this withdrawal method is not available for Group Managers.
Please see the steps below on how to receive a voucher:
1. Log in to your www.AdultWork.com Offering Service account
2. Visit the Credit Transfer Request page
3. Select the Credits (the exact amount or above) you wish to transfer to the voucher
4. Select the Cash Vouchers tab, the amount, and then Submit your Request.
5. Observe the prompt showing your full name and confirm that it is your actual full name. If that is not your full name, then do not proceed with submission. Paypoint will be requesting Photo ID proof that you are this person when you try to redeem it.
6. If successful, you will receive a confirmation message, and any extra credits, which were selected above the credit requested transfer amount (voucher value + admin fee + facility fee), will be returned to your statement.
Do I need to show a Photo ID when redeeming a cash voucher at a Paypoint store?
Yes, make sure you also have a Photo ID with you when redeeming a cash voucher from a Paypoint store. You will be requested to show the Photo ID to confirm that you are the person the voucher belongs to before you can redeem it. The Photo ID must match the name that was prompted to you when submitting the Cash Voucher Credit Transfer Request.
Are there any fees to pay when I select a Cash Voucher?
All withdrawals are subject to a marketing and administration fee as described in this article plus an additional facility fee of 2.99 credits. The Admin Fee is calculated as a percentage of the requested transfer amount.
Note Cash Vouchers will expire 90 days after the transfer is submitted. It’s important that all recipients access their vouchers within 90 days or the funds will be unrecoverable.

How is the fee calculated?
Just like all other payout methods, the admin fee is calculated as a 30% margin on the total gross transfer amount, rather than on the voucher value itself. This approach ensures consistency across all payout methods.
For example, if you request a £20 voucher, the total request amount, excluding the facility fee, will be £28.57.
The admin fee in this case is £8.57. When £8.57 is divided by the total £28.57, it equals 30%, which is the standard admin fee rate applied across all payout methods.
