Audio in DirectCam is dependent on a few different things:
- If the Service Provider is configured to send audio on AW.
- If the Service Provider has sufficient bandwidth to offer a reasonable quality video feed as well as audio. If they don't, the video takes priority and the audio is disabled.
- The volume of your device is low or muted.
- The output media on your device (laptop/desktop, etc) is set to other output other than the one you expect for the audio output.
